Retail Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order. Below are our details to help you understand our shipping policies when placing your order.


  • In stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt if paid by credit card.

  • If you are paying with a check or money order, product will be shipped within 2 business days after we receive payment.

  • Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed on Monday.

  • Express Mail and Priority Mail shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery times. Delivery by these methods can be shorter or longer depending on the USPS. Busier shipping times of the year will yield longer delivery time for these methods.

International Orders (Outside USA & US territories):

  • Delivery for international shipping can be delayed for longer periods of time depending on the customs clearance of your country.

  • International orders may have additional Value Added Tax (VAT), duties, and other fees due. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be prepaid.

  • True value will be marked on all customs forms for international order and invoices will be included.

For international orders with Global Priority, tracking may be limited or not available. Please remember that your shipment is dependant on customs clearance in your country and may be delayed for clearance.

Any duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to predict or prepay these charges. Each country has its own rules and regulations pertaining to customs and duties. Many times notice will be left that the package is being held till said fees are paid and/or a signature of release is required. Contact your customs authority for details.

Returns Policy
Our goal is to have every customer 100% satisfied with their purchase. Any product you buy from SkiJunk.com comes with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

Ski-Z offers a limited 1 year warranty. Defective items may be returned for replacement within 30 days of receipt. Just send back your defective Ski-ZTM with a copy of your Customer Order Confirmation in its original condition and packaging to our address and we will gladly resend you a new Ski-ZTM. Please write down your return code on front of package.

Please bear in mind that no returns will be processed without your Customer Order.
